NHSA Bylaw Revisions

UPDATE: The bylaws were approved during the Special Meeting held April 28, 2018. They are effective as of June 30, 2018. The Board of Directors approved NHSA By-law revisions at the March meeting. We have increased the picture size from 2MB to 4MB and we still offer the image resizing tool for any pictures that are over 4MB.
