Polaris just launched a new mid-size market segment with the 2019 Polaris Indy EVO.
This tweener sled slots itself right between the smaller 120-200 segment and full-size adult sleds. It delivers the perfect blend of size and performance for young or smaller riders.
Since the Indy EVO is lower and narrower than a full-sized sled, it provides new or shorter riders more confident control which equates to more fun.
2019 Indy EVO is a Trail-Ready Sled
The 2019 Polaris Indy EVO is a trail-ready sled engineered for new riders with performance scaled to what they need. A carbureted 550cc fan-cooled engine delivers just the right amount of power for new riders. Top speed is electronically controlled to a maximum of 50 mph.
The lower seat and suspension height lowers the center of gravity and enhances rider stability. The handlebars are narrow, low and flat which provides excellent steering leverage. The EVO specific skis reduce darting and steering effort. Easy throttle flipper is designed to be comfortably and effortlessly controlled by smaller hands. The low, narrow bodywork provides outstanding visibility, yet delivers excellent wind protection with AXYS-style integrated airfoils and a wide range of windshield options.
The Indy EVO is available in two model: the Indy EVO, $5,299 in red, and the Indy EVO ES, electric start, $5,699 in blue. An accessory kit is available to make additional power as a rider’s skills develop.
